Your treatment plan may also include the use of modalities such as heat or cold therapy, ultrasound, and electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) to help relax or stimulate muscles and increase range of motion. In addition, patients may learn injury prevention along with compensation techniques using assisted devices if needed.
